Reopening of our showrooms – 1st June
The government recently announced that car showrooms can reopen on 1st June. For many weeks we have been planning on how we would reopen our showrooms to create a safe environment for both customers and staff.
We will be ready to reopen on June 1st after making several changes to our policies and procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.
We want to make it as easy to maintain ‘social distancing’ wherever possible. We have reduced the number of vehicles inside the showroom to ensure that there is plenty of space for ‘social distancing’.
We have signage throughout the building to remind customers and staff to maintain ‘social distancing’ and have hand sanitising stations throughout the dealership. Each site will have a staff rota to regularly sanitise the buildings common ‘touch points’ such as door handles, desks etc.
If you would like to find out more about one of our cars, you will be able to speak to one of our team members at a consultation desk fitted with a protective screen. All display vehicles will remain locked until a member of the sales personnel can safely show you around the car of interest.
Following a viewing the car will be sanitised and then locked again ready for the next customer. We are now able to offer unaccompanied test drives for customers once they are confident of the controls and features of the car of interest (Drivers licence and proof of address required).
We look forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships and want you to be assured that the safety of our customers and colleagues remains our highest priority.
