Important Customer Notice - 5th November 2020

Further to the recently announced restrictions we are happy to confirm that our aftersales departments will continue to operate as normal. With effect 5th November 2020, our sales showrooms are deemed “non-essential retail” and are therefore closed to the public.

The good news however is that all our Used car stock is easily viewed via our website www.brindley.co.uk and following the success of our Brindley Direct sales operation launched in May, our teams will be available to deal with your enquiry remotely.

Our showrooms will reopen following the lockdown, from Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

Changes to our Aftersales Departments

Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT, and repairs, and you can be reassured that: -

  • We adopt all social distancing measures
  • To alleviate congestion, we have an appointment-only system
  • Both of you and our colleagues will be protected by protective screens at our service desks
  • We use cashless payments wherever possible

You can be assured that your enquiry will be dealt with in a Covid secure manner with quality videos, live chat and unaccompanied test drives available.

Customers can continue to collect cars that have been purchased, either online or via the telephone, from our handover facilities. Please note however that the handover will be outside so please bring a coat!

All vehicle collections will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices are assured to ensure both colleague’s and customer’s safety. Home delivery options are also available, and these of course will be organised in a Covid safe manner.

Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our website and social media platforms are fully functional.

We are open for business, but with regards to car sales we need you to call, email or live video chat. We are happy to confirm that Brindley Direct will be running throughout the lockdown period.
