All-New Kona Hybrid

Launching in September 2019, the highly popular, class-leading KONA SUV will be available to order from Brindley Garages with a full Hybrid powertrain. In addition to it's bold design, the Kona Hybrid will feature a range of technology enhancements including advanced BlueLink connectivity and state-of-the-art infotainment features. 

Joining the Kona Electric, IONIQ and Nexo models, the Kona is the newest edition to Hyundai's electrified range, demonstrating Hyundai's commitment to reducing emissions. The All-New Kona Hybrid will feature the Kappa 1.6 litre GDI engine, along with a 1.56kWh battery and 32kW motor, delivering a system output of 141 PS, meaning owners looking for increased practicality can now combine hybrid power with a towing capacity of up to 1300kg. Responsive shifts of the 6-speed dual clutch transmission will also reward driver’s with a dynamic driving experience. Advanced technology features aim to improve fuel economy such as the ECO-Driving Assist System (ECO-DAS). Whilst for peace of mind, the All-New Kona Hybrid is available with the comprehensive Hyundai SmartSense safety package as an option. 

An updated interior design gains its own dedicated interior colour pack consisting of white accents on the air vent surrounds and gear shift bezel. For the premium trim level and upwards the advanced connectivity is rounded off by a 10.25" split touch-screen and head-up display which features BlueLink telematics (dependant on trim level). BlueLink is Hyundai's smartphone app which allows owners to carry out a number of different functions whilst away from their car such as locking and unlocking the doors and reminding the driver of the vehicles parked location. 

From £22,495, the Kona Hybrid SE includes climate control, an electric parking brake and steering wheel mounted gearshift paddles. This addition ensures that the Kona family truly does have something to offer everybody.
