Brindley Garages Sales Department Re-Opening

Earlier this week, the Brindley Garages Group re-opened our doors, following the COVID-19 enforced lockdown. Our sites are once again open for aftersales and servicing, but cannot accommodate new sales. However, we are delighted to announce that we have opened up our new sales service – Brindley Direct.

Customers can view our full range of new and used cars from top manufacturers on our website and get in touch with our expert sales team. Simply call in or email your enquiry, and our dedicated sales team will handle everything from there. All paperwork will be dealt with electronically and we will deliver your dream car direct to your home, or you can make use of our Click & Collect service.

If you aren’t sure which car is right for you, and you want to get behind the wheel of your next motor – we even offer a test drive service, from the comfort of your own home. Our team have been trained to ensure that social distancing is maintained during deliveries and test drives.

We hope that our new VIP service from Brindley Direct gives you the confidence to resume the search for your dream car. We understand it has been frustrating for those of you who were planning to upgrade or update your motor, and have found it difficult during the lockdown. That’s why we’ve implemented our 7-step process to make buying your next car easier than ever.

  1. Browse the cars on our website. Take note of any which have caught your attention, email/phone our sales team for more information or make your enquiry online.
  2. One of our sales executives will then call or email to discuss your requirements, further details about the car(s) and share personalised videos of the models, if you require.
  3. If you would like to test drive any car, we will deliver it directly to your door.
  4. If you wish to part exchange a car we would ask you to video your own car and email it to us; alternatively make the part exchange available to view and we can arrange for the car to be appraised at your home. Anyone appraising the vehicle will wear a fresh pair of gloves when handling your keys or going inside the vehicle and will not enter your home.
  5. Finance requirements can be discussed over the phone, and any finance agreement that needs signing can be done without leaving your home.
  6. We will arrange for the vehicle that you have purchased to be fully valeted and either delivered to your home or made available for you to drive away in using our convenient Click & Collect service. Any questions regarding the controls and features of your car will be run through with you. All following strict social distancing measures.
  7. If you are not happy with your new car, your contract with us allows you to return the vehicle within 14 days of delivery. The detail of this contractual right is contained within the paperwork which will have been emailed to you.
