Brindley has today announced a significant investment in its Wolverhampton operations with the planned relocation of Hyundai Wolverhampton to a prime new location.
The dealership will be moving from our existing site on Penn Road, Wolverhampton, to the prominent, newly refurbished premises on West Street (just off Stafford Road). This is set to open its doors week commencing 8th December 2025. This strategic move demonstrates Brindley’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience and expanding its footprint within the region.
The relocation marks a substantial enhancement of Brindley’s presence in the area, ensuring Hyundai customers benefit from an improved and dedicated facility. The West Street showroom will undergo a comprehensive update and bespoke refurbishment. This new investment will be used to design and create a vibrant and welcoming environment for both existing and new customers.
Customers can expect a seamless transition that will offer the same consistently high level of service that Brindley is known for. The full range of offerings will be available at the new location, including new and approved used vehicle sales, dedicated aftersales care, and expert maintenance services delivered by the existing specialist team. The site's transition is part of Brindley’s ongoing review to ensure the best representation for each franchise and coverage for customers.
This decision to situate Hyundai alongside other key franchises reinforces West Street as a major hub for automotive retail in Wolverhampton. The addition of the new Hyundai showroom will further cement West Street's reputation as a prime location for the region's car market, alongside Brindley’s XPENG, MG and Honda dealerships.
Che Watson, Chairman of the Brindley Group, commented on the announcement:
"This is a pivotal moment for Brindley and our flourishing partnership with Hyundai. The relocation to West Street represents a significant commitment to both our customers and the Wolverhampton area, marking a substantial long-term investment.
The new, dedicated facility will allow us to showcase the innovative Hyundai lineup, including its award-winning electric vehicles, in a state-of-the-art environment, ensuring a premium, accessible experience for everyone. We are incredibly optimistic about the future of Hyundai Wolverhampton at its new location and look forward to welcoming customers in early 2026."
Brindley is focused on the successful execution of this project, which aims to provide a market-leading retail experience for the Hyundai brand. Further details regarding the exact opening date and specific launch events will be announced as the project progresses towards its expected early 2026 completion.
