The very first dedicated Platform Beyond Vehicle from Kia
The first Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) that will be launched in the UK is the Kia PV5, a fully electric, purpose-built model that blends cutting-edge technology with practical innovation. Designed to support the varying needs of both work and lifestyle, the PV5 offers a versatile line-up to suit all customers: Cargo, Passenger, Crew, and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV).
The PV5 Cargo delivers up to 4.9m³ of load capacity, a low step-in height and built-in Fleet Management Systems (FMS) for business efficiency. The Passenger offers flexible 5 or 7-seat configurations, best-in-class ADAS, and advanced infotainment, while the Crew variant combines passenger comfort with adaptable cargo capacity for the best of both worlds. Finally, the WAV is purposefully designed with inclusive access and universal wheelchair compatibility.
Whatever your requirements, the PV5 is built to deliver, representing a bold new era of electric mobility.

If you're looking to take your business on the road with a portable pop-up store, Kia's professional business van range has you covered. With generous standing room and configurable space, you can tailor your van into the perfect mobile storefront.
Also, thanks to Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology, your Kia van can also act as a mobile power source.

Electric Van Solutions
Kia is creating advanced software solutions to boost business efficiency and support the shift to fully electric, autonomous vehicles. Its in-vehicle infotainment system adapts to driver needs in real time, while Fleet Management System uses AI cloud data for smarter, preventive maintenance and optimised operations.
Kia also plans to offer cutting-edge EV charging solutions, including scheduling and Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology.
Production System
In 2023, Kia began construction of its dedicated PBV Hwaseong EVO Plant, designed to revolutionise production with a blend of innovative cell-based methods and traditional conveyor systems.
The plant will soon adopt Dynamic Hybrid technology, allowing greater flexibility to meet a wide range of customer needs.
