Speak with the organisations you own money to. In most cases, creditors will try to help you with your debt problem, perhaps by allowing you to take a break from your payments or paying smaller amounts.
Whatever you do, don’t bury your head in the sand. The quicker you start to deal with your debt, the sooner it will become a thing of the past.
Any of the aforementioned organisations will be able to provide you with practical assistance, and if you visit GOV.UK, you’ll have access to further trusted organisations.
