The Chery range introduces a bold new choice for UK drivers, blending modern design, advanced technology and outstanding value. Launching with the mid-size Tiggo 7 and the seven-seat Tiggo 8, Chery offers versatile SUVs available with both petrol and Super Hybrid powertrains.
The Chery Tiggo 7 is a stylish mid-size SUV that gives drivers the choice of both petrol and Super Hybrid powertrains. Versatile, efficient and packed with features, it’s designed to meet the needs of modern families and everyday drivers alike. The petrol version is powered by a responsive 1.6-litre turbocharged engine paired with a smooth 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid combines a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine with an electric motor and an 18.4 kWh battery, producing up to 204PS. This advanced hybrid system offers an impressive electric-only range of up to 56 miles (WLTP), making it perfect for city driving, while still delivering the flexibility of long-distance travel.
Inside, the Tiggo 7 offers a high-quality, tech-focused cabin with dual 12.3-inch digital displays for infotainment and driver information, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control and a host of advanced driver assistance systems, including a 540° panoramic camera. The premium 'Summit' trim enhances the experience further with features like heated and ventilated seats, a Sony audio system, larger alloy wheels and a hands-free powered tailgate, the Tiggo 7 brings style, practicality and outstanding value to Chery’s exciting new UK line-up.
The Chery Tiggo 8 is the flagship model of the range. It's a a spacious, family-friendly SUV with the ability to seat up to seven people. Designed to offer the ideal balance of practicality, style and technology, the Tiggo 8 is available as a petrol and Super Hybrid (plug-in hybrid). The petrol model is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, delivering smooth yet powerful performance. However, for those seeking electrified efficiency, the Tiggo 8 Super Hybrid utilises a 1.5-litre turbo engine working in tandem with a 18.4kWh battery to produce 204PS and offering up to 56 miles of pure electric driving (WLTP) before seamlessly switching to hybrid power for longer trips.
