Job Introduction

Brindley Volvo is currently looking to recruit a full time, permanent Warranty Administrator to be based at our busy site on West Street (off Stafford Road A449) in Wolverhampton. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. We require a highly organised individual, to ensure the efficient administration of our Aftersales warranty department. The working hours are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with a half an hour lunch break. Experience in a similar role is required of all candidates.

Role and Responsibilities

The role of Warranty Administrator will include:

  • Being involved in every aspect of the warranty and goodwill policy and procedure.
  • Accurately submitting claims on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports.
  • Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and service.
  • Checking invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes and procedures.

To be successful as a Warranty Administrator, you will need to:

  • Be highly organised and conscientious, with proven experience within an administration environment.
  • Have exceptional PC skills.
  • Have superb attention to detail and possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.

About you

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Previous experience in Motor Trade admin role.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and punctuality.
  • Well presented at all times.
