Due to our continued success, we are growing our sales teams across the group. We are looking to recruit talented individuals as Trainee Sales people for our 13 dealerships to work with world-class car brands including Honda, Hyundai, Kia, MG, Nissan, Mazda, Vauxhall and Volvo.

To select the right people for the roles, we are holding recruitment open days in the week commencing 11th October at our Group Operations in Featherstone, Wolverhampton. Here, we will hold both individual and group interviews and you will have the chance to learn more about The Brindley Group through presentations and conversations with our current sales people and sales managers.

If you are a team player, have great customer service skills and are driven to succeed we would love to hear from you. Don't worry - Previous experience in the motor trade is not essential as we will provide full training and development for all successful candidates. About the Role

  • Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a competitive environment
  • Achieve sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager after your agreed training period
  • Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
  • Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
  • Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, campaigns, vehicle displays which includes our used car channels such as AutoTrader and social media

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales role would be advantageous
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team is required
  • You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
  • A highly motivated individual with the determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment is necessary
  • You must be smart in appearance and well organised
  • A full UK driving license is required
