Service Driver

Job Introduction

Brindley Honda West Bromwich is currently looking to recruit a full time, permanent Service Collection & Delivery Driver to be based at our busy Honda dealership in West Bromwich. We require a minimum 25 year old, highly responsible and customer focused individual, to deliver exceptional service and care for customers vehicles.

The Service Driver is a member of the Aftersales Team and will collect and return customer cars as requested by the Service Department in a safe and timely manner. The chosen candidate is required to have a full clean UK driving licence with a strong knowledge of the surrounding area for a fast and efficient service to all our customers.

About the Role

• To support dealership colleagues in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• To collect vehicles from, and deliver them to, customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring the completion of all requisite paperwork.
• To make sure that vehicles used for collection and delivery are kept in a clean, safe, roadworthy condition and serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.

About You

• You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer experience and be highly responsible in nature
• A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality
• Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license is required
