Job Introduction

Brindley Volvo, Wolverhampton has as a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join our team at our busy site as a Volvo Product Specialist.

A Volvo product Specialist is very often the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a Volvo. You are required to provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Volvo cars, highlighting the technology within each Volvo and discussing the options and accessories that are available. You will then be required to support the sales team in test driving the cars to showcase the features and benefits of the vehicles and then assist in the vehicle handover. In addition, there will be other showroom and franchise responsibilities that you will be required to perform to keep the presentation of our dealership and car display at a premium.

The successful candidate will be able to show excellent customer service and presentation skills and be able to communicate in a confident and professional manner. You will need to be self-motivated, possess excellent organisational ability and be able to work upon your own initiative and within a team.

About the Role

  • Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular product training sessions
  • Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicles
  • Champion Volvo's range, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Brindley and Volvo Cars
  • Assist and participate in the preparation of promotional activities, campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings
  • Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing

About You

  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team is required
  • Previous experience within this position would be an advantage
  • You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
  • A highly motivated individual with the determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment is necessary
  • You must be smart in appearance and well organised
  • A full UK driving license is required
