About the role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new and used car sales performance, profitability, and compliance with KPIs.
  • Oversee the full sales process from enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to maximise showroom and online traffic.
  • Build strong relationships with the manufacturer and Brindley Group management.
  • Ensure the dealership upholds the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and brand alignment.

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry.
  • A strong understanding of modern retailing and customer-centric sales approaches.
