Following the government announcement of the new national lockdown, The Brindley Group would like to communicate an update on our services and operations across our dealerships.
We are happy to confirm that our Aftersales departments will continue to operate as normal. With effect from the 5th January 2021, our sales showrooms are deemed non-essential and are therefore closed to the public.
However, we are still open for business online, thanks to Brindley Direct, our personalised sales service.
Please also note that our opening times have also changed. During these restrictions, our Aftersales departments will be remaining closed over the weekend. Our online sales teams will operate throughout but please note we will have limited cover over the weekend.
Don’t forget you will always be able to chat on line with a real person using our WhatsApp or Live Chat here on the website 24 hours a day.
From the 5th January 2021 our Aftersales departments will be carrying on operating as normal, with all social distancing and COVID-19 measures in place. If you have a MOT, Service or Repair booked with us rest assured it will go ahead as planned.
As of 5th January 2021, our sales teams will be going online, and will still be fully available to assist you. You can contact us online, via email or telephone, where we can send you videos, talk you through any queries you may have. Unfortunately, our showrooms will be closed to the public, but you will still be able to reserve a vehicle online and click and collect from our dealerships. All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will also be in place, to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home deliveries will also be available and handled in a COVID secure manner.
