Eligible allowance includes the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS), the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP), Enhanced Rate Mobility Part of Adult Disability Payment (Scotland only) or Higher Rate Mobility Component of Child Disability Payment (Scotland only). The New Vehicle Payment can only be used once and is available to eligible customers only. Customers who have an existing lease are eligible for this payment when they order their next car, if they haven’t received it before. New customers are eligible if they order their first vehicle by 3 January 2025.
